Shipping and Returns

Delivery Timeline

In general, our delivery can be completed within 7 days after order. We can deliver on Saturday by appointment only. Do let us know in advance if you require delivery on Saturday.

We understand that you may have a specific time for delivery. Please specify this in the special instructions box during checkout or drop us an email at hello@jumbolens.com.

At the moment, we do not provide same day delivery.

All weekends orders will be processed on Monday.

We will do our very best to arrange a delivery time that recipients are available. So please ensure that you are available for your requested time slot. We also understand that sometimes plans change. Hence, we will provide a one-time re-delivery when necessary. However, if we are not able to deliver the goods after 2 delivery attempts, we will request that the recipient picks up the delivery from our office.

Delivery Location

We deliver within Klang Valley of Malaysia only.

Returns

Your satisfaction is significant to us and this is why we offer a "Change of Mind" return policy. Item (s) must be returned within 3 days. We offer a refund in the form of shopping credit. So do not worry about buyer's remorse. We have you covered.

In the event that you receive a defective product that arrived with a damaged packaging, please contact us at hello@jumbolens.com with pictures (in .jpg format), and we will replace it for you as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and INSPECTED, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, we will process the shopping credit to your account as quickly as possible. We'll try to do this in a day or two, please allow up to 2 weeks in case of any unexpected delays.

Gift cards are non-returnable items.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Unfortunately, sale items can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check your items upon receiving them. You may immediately return it to the delivery man at the time of delivery. If there is any damage, we will replace it for you.

If you only notice the damage later on, that's ok too. Send us an email at hello@jumbolens.com. Pictures (in .jpg format) help too. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.
